RETURNS: We offer a 30-day return policy on all of our non-customized products as long as they are in new and unused condition and in the original packaging. You can send the item back to us and we’ll refund your original payment method less shipping costs. If free shipping was applied, a $20 shipping fee will be deducted from refund.

DAMAGED: Should you ever receive an item with damage due to shipping, please contact us right away upon receiving the item so that we can get your item remade and shipped immediately and work with the shipper to file a damage claim. Please hold the packing materials and the damaged item as we may need it for a claim. We generally do not need the damaged item back but there are times a shipper requires it. To qualify for a replacement, please send us a photo of the packaging and the damaged item within 24 hours of receipt of package.
