DAMAGED: Should you ever receive an item with damage due to shipping, please contact us right away upon receiving the item so that we can get your item remade and shipped immediately and work with the shipper to file a damage claim. Please hold the packing materials and the damaged item as we may need it for a claim. We generally do not need the damaged item back but there are times a shipper requires it.
